Calling all gourmet burger lovers! Back by public demand, acclaimed pop-up food destination Burger & Fringe returns to Edinburgh for August. Taking up residence on the Royal Mile within the award-winning Radisson Blu Edinburgh hotel, Burger & Fringe will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe by showcasing an exclusive gallery of framed pictures taking guests on a nostalgic Festival Fringe journey across the decades.
Burger & Fringe will open on 4 August for one month only. With Head Chef Barath Kumar at the helm, Burger & Fringe uses fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to create a menu of themed handmade Scotch beef burgers and favourites including North Sea battered cod and chips and 28-day dry aged rib eye steak.
To celebrate the return of Burger & Fringe, we are giving away a lunch experiences for two people. The winner and a guest will be treated to a three course meal each from the pop-up menu plus a bottle of house wine to share.
