It seems that Edinburgh has been experiencing a Thai culinary revolution in recent years with numerous restaurants popping up all over the city. These establishments quickly helped earn Edinburgh a reputation for serving some of the most delicious Thai cuisine. With such competition it can be hard to set them apart, however Nok’s Kitchen located in the affluent suburb of Stockbridge really sets the bar for its Thai counterparts.
