This month sees the opening of the newest addition to Edinburgh’s food and drink scene The Refinery St Andrew Square.
Spread across two beautifully designed floors – visible through ground to ceiling glass windows – and separated by a show-stopping spiral staircase, guests will be greeted by a beautiful bar and casual dining area, with a statement back bar illuminating the various bottles of wine and spirits available.
The bar will be serving up seasonally inspired cocktails while the varied menu will have plenty to please. Small plates and mezze boards, ideal to share, will be available whilst larger mains – served from lunch to late – will come in the form of beautiful burgers such as the buttermilk chicken burger or wagyu beef burger. Superfood salads and classics such as hot smoked salmon, beetroot, greek yoghurt and horseradish;lemon chicken, sweet potato and caramelised onions; and braised beef shin and polenta are just a few examples of the dishes diners can expect to find. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a selection of moreish puddings.

The opening night is the 21st of November and you can enjoy 50% off all food on 21 st November, 25% off food on 22 nd November and 15% off food on 23 rd November, before the bar and restaurant’s official opening on 25 November.
