83 Hanover Street Launches Restaurant Experience At Home

Edinburgh favourite 83 Hanover Street launched their “Nuestro Sabor en Su Casa” menu this week, allowing diners to experience the upbeat vibrancy of the South American restaurant at home.

On offer is a weekly-changing selection of dishes, cocktails and a Spotify playlist to cook, eat – and dance to! Food-lovers can place their orders throughout the week for collection from the restaurant on Saturdays.

Executive chef Phil Lynch has created a collection of colourful, bold-flavoured dishes that form part of the 6-dish sharing menu to be assembled at home. Whilst Phil’s brother Mike Lynch – the newly-appointed general manager of sister venue 99 Hanover Street – has developed a zingy mix of Pisco-cocktails to complement the food.
