Based in Leith and surrounding areas, Suburban Pup Co is a new dog walking experience for small to medium sized breeds. Focused not just on walking dogs, but exercising them, both physically and mentally. We get away from the pavements and quick park walks, instead using the stimulating green environments in and around Edinburgh. We give our clients peace of mind that their pooch is receiving the right levels of attention and enrichment.
Founder Greg has owned dogs his whole life, and adopted two pugs whilst living in the Middle East. These little dogs changed his life, and his focus drifted from his day job to planning the best adventures to keep his dogs fit in a hot environment and volunteering with stray desert dogs. His pups were featured in local vet media as examples of how to keep pugs in exemplary shape. Greg wants to bring this sort of planning and personal training now to your smaller breed dogs, making sure they don’t miss out on big adventures.
Offering 60 minute bursts, 90 minute adventures and even monthly weekenders (space is limited!) there is something to suit every pup. We offer discounts for multi-dog households, block bookings and NHS staff discounts. We are certified with the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers, fully insured, Disclosure Scotland checked and certified in canine first aid, whilst also working towards dog trainer certification.
