Located on Constitution Street, Chop House Leith is a contemporary steakhouse which has quickly become an institution in the city thanks to its innovative blend of classic British steak house meets super cool cocktail bar. Provenance is at the centre of the offering with beef sourced from artisan suppliers. The beef is dried for up to 90 days and then cooked on an open flame charcoal grill designed to give a subtle smokey flavour to the beef. Guests can enjoy steaks paired with sauces like Argentinian chimichurri, bone marrow gravy and pickled onion. Although the focus of the restaurant is steak, the menu also has other delicious meat mains and vegetarian options too (and their Mac and Cheese is the best in town!)
