From Friday 26th June, for four weekends, Edinburgh residents will be able to order this exclusive Afternoon G&Tea, which includes a 70cl bottle of the latest addition to Edinburgh Gin’s award-winning range.
The “Mimi’s Bakehouse x Edinburgh Gin Afternoon G&Tea” contains
- Six mini traybakes
- Two mini elderflower cupcakes
- Two freshly baked plain scones with Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream
- Plus homemade gooseberry jam
The Afternoon Tea set comes complete with a bottle of Edinburgh Gin’s Gooseberry and Elderflower, which the brand launched in March. Bottled at 40% ABV, the delightfully tangy expression boasts flavours of tart gooseberries and sweet elderflower, giving it a subtly piquant taste, with a delicate, honeyed finish.
To toast the special partnership, and the official start of summer, Edinburgh Gin will also be giving two copa gin glasses and tonic water to the first 100 orders of their Afternoon G&Tea.
