The Oro Gin Distilling Co is taking over the cocktail menu at Brasserie Prince by Alain Roux at The Balmoral this week until Sunday 17th November.
The Dumfries-based distillery which launched in 2017 has worked with the Brasserie Prince to create three cocktails which will be made using its signature Oro Gin and Oro V.
Oro Gin is a classical style Scottish Dry Gin, starting with robust notes of juniper smoothly moving to a zingy citrus mid body, finishing nicely dry, with a note of spiced vanilla.
Oro V is also a dry gin with more of a subtle juniper start point, balanced with light fresh lavender, crisp citrus and gentle orris.
