The Printing Press Bar and Kitchen is located in The Principal George Street Hotel which hat was the former home of famous Scottish writer Susan Ferrier. The restaurant and bar has a theatrical French period feel to it, while the restaurant menu has a strong focus on meat, fish and game dishes using ingredients sourced from Scotland’s larder.
