Vesta is a restaurant with a difference. It’s not just about great food, it’s about the greater good.
It is open exclusively every Monday afternoon between 3 and 5pm to serve a two-course lunch to people experiencing homelessness.
They also run a ‘Pay it Forward’ system in support of Social Bite, where customers can choose to ‘Pay Forward’ the price of a coffee, lunch or dinner to people most in need. 100% of their donation is passed to Social Bite (SC045232) to help provide free food throughout the year to people experiencing homelessness across Scotland.
To help boost their Pay It Forward donations and get their Monday lunch services back in action Vesta is introducing a ‘Seasonal Taste of Vesta’ series; a tantalising dining experience showcasing the best seasonal produce Scotland has to offer from fresh seafood to seasonal fruit and vegetables and locally reared meats.
Running every Thursday, they kick off in style on the 8th July with a five-course tasting menu that celebrates Summer:
