To celebrate Whisky Month The Lantern Room on Baxter’s Place have been serving up their own special take on the classic Rob Roy cocktail; The Heather Ale. Inspired by a Robert Louis Stevenson poem, the cocktail is a blend of Monkey Shoulder, Martini Rosso and topped off with Joker IPA foam!
