Inspired by the Scottish Colourists, the menu invites you to take a tour of Botanical Europe – vibrant cocktails with bursts of colour reminiscent of the movement’s engaging paintings – whilst equally impressive mocktails are made with hand pressed homemade juices, there’s an extensive drinks list plus a tempting selection of Mediterranean snacks available all day.
